On termination of an engagement, we will return any documents belonging to you and issue a final invoice for work completed to that date. Provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from your use of this Website or from our services shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of Khon Kaen Province, Thailand, whose jurisdiction you hereby accept.
